Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us by email, telephone, or in writing within the 14-day cancellation period.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Returned items should be unused and returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached where applicable. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund accordingly within 14 days. Refunds will include the original standard delivery charge paid at the time of purchase.

If the goods received are faulty, damaged, or not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.
